For great-tasting tea, follow the directions below. Serve with mint, lemon or sweeten to personalize.
Use 1 tea bag for every 180ml / 6 ounces of water. Bring fresh cold water to a boil. Let water cool 1 minute after boiling. Pour water over tea bag and steep 1 to 2 minutes. Remove tea bag and serve.
ICED TEA PITCHER
Use 4 tea bags for each quart of water. Bring fresh cold water to a boil. Let the water cool 1 minute after boiling. Pour over tea bags, cover and steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove tea bags, chill and serve over ice.
Use 8 to 12 tea bags for each quart of water. Bring fresh cold water to a boil, pour over tea bags, cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, add an equal amount of cold water and pour into ice-filled glasses.
